Spencer practices relationship-centered primary care, blending a traditional sensibility with up-to-date clinical knowledge and a strong focus on disease prevention. He enjoys getting to know his patients well, educating and empowering them to participate in health care decisions. Spencer completed his residency training at UCSF and practiced primary care, urgent care, sports medicine and adolescent medicine throughout the Bay Area before joining The Noe Valley Clinic. He is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.

Elizabeth takes into account all aspects of patients' lives – from genetic traits to physical and emotional environments – and seeks to empower them to improve their sense of well-being. Having studied medical acupuncture at Stanford School of Medicine, she incorporates acupuncture into her practice along with conventional medical treatments and a combination of nutrition, fitness and lifestyle adjustments. Elizabeth completed her undergraduate training at Pitzer College and University of Southern California and then went on to earn her MD from Mayo Medical School. After completing her residency in family medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, she gained extensive experience in family medicine, adolescent medicine and orthopedic and surgical care before entering into private practice in 2001. Most recently, Elizabeth worked at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Hawaii before joining The Noe Valley Clinic. She is certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.

Jenny-Viva practices integrative care with a repertoire that includes mind-body medicine, energy psychology, nutrition counseling and emotional freedom techniques. By facilitating the identification and elimination of core issues and limiting beliefs, she enables patients to transform themselves and attain healthy, vibrant, joyful lives. Jenny-Viva earned her medical degree from UCLA, completed her family medicine residency at UCSF, and has pursued extensive training in alternative medicine. She is committed to identifying the root causes of her patients' illnesses and has special interests in naturopathic treatment of cardiovascular diseases, endocrine imbalances and autoimmune conditions. Shaila completed her academic and clinical training at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, the leading school of naturopathic medicine in Canada. She is a professional member of the California Naturopathic Doctors Association (CNDA) and the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP). Her techniques are applicable to a wide variety of health concerns, from post-partum maternal care to autoimmune disease to palliative care for patients with cancer. Jeannie received extensive training from the Pacific College of Oriental Mediine and Chengdu University in China and has been in practice in San Francisco since 2005. As a licensed acupuncturist, Sarah creates a soothing environment in which she can listen to her patients' needs and work with them to address their health goals. She utilizes acupuncture, herbal medicine, cupping, massage, moxibustion and dietary and lifestyle guidance in her treatments, with the goal of removing obstacles to wellness and allowing the body to return to its natural state of balance, health and vibrancy. She enjoys working with patients who are motivated to take charge of their health and improve their quality of life and has experience working with various conditions – from eczema to irregular menstruation. Sarah received her master's of science from the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has been practicing acupuncture in San Francisco since 2006. She is licensed both nationally and by the California State Board of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
